On a stone erected in 1901: "This yard was founded on the farm of David Stout, son of Richard Stout and Penelope Van Princes and herein be his body and that of his wife Rebecca Ashton; of their son, James & his wife Catherine Simson; of their son John & his wife, Rachel Merrill; of their son Nathan to whom this monument is erected, and of his wife Ester Ketchem; of their son William and of his wife Eleanor Lane; of their son Nathan and of his wife Mary Ann Fisher and of their son Simpson.
It is located on N. Hill road, just south of Wertsville road, about a mile east of Wertsville.
